Setelah selintas membaca isi email ini, kecurigaan saya langsung bertambah jelas bahwa email promosi ini merupakan scam yang menfaatkan para pengguna internet untuk mengumpulkan sebanyak-banyaknya email untuk mereka gunakan sebagai metode pemasaran ala SPAM (penipuan).

Buktinya:

Pertama, iPhone 3G sudah masuk Indonesia pertengahan tahun 2009 kemarin tepatnya pada tanggal 20 Maret 2009 bertempat di Pavilion South Entrance Pacific Place Jakarta Telkomsel secara resmi merilis paket penjualan iPhone dan produk Telkomsel pada waktu itu.

Kedua, Syarat untuk mendapatkan iPhone ini menurut email di atas adalah memforward ke 20/40 email/teman lalu mengirimkan cc email tersebut ke alamat email mereka (ini jelas merupakan cara main spam).

Ketiga, Email yang digunakan mereka ini (applecorpjkt@mail2europe.com) merupakan email GRATISAN. Masuk akalkah perusahaan sebesar Apple menggunakan email gratisan? Tentu tidak.

Cukup tiga bukti di atas yang menjadikan email tersebut merupakan SCAM atau email SPAM alias email sampah. Jangan tergiur…!
